Psychology is the study of the human mind and its wide-ranging functions and influences. It is our understanding of human emotion, personality, intelligence, memory, perception, cognition, attention, and motivation, as well as the biological processes that drive these human functions and behaviours.

In essence, psychology studies individuals and groups to better understand how people, communities and societies function and ways to help them thrive.

Superbia will look to provide both adolescent and adult psychology services.

Exercise physiologists specialise in clinical exercise interventions for people with a broad range of health issues. Those people may be at risk of developing, or have existing, medical conditions and injuries. The aims of exercise physiology interventions are to prevent or manage acute, sub- acute or chronic disease or injury, and assist in restoring one’s optimal physical function, health or wellness. These interventions are exercise-based and include health and physical activity education, advice and support and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change.

Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. Art, either creating it or viewing others' art, is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.

Art can be an effective tool in mental health treatment. As an expressive medium, art can be used to help clients communicate, overcome stress, and explore different aspects of their own personalities.
