Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates at Superbia Allied Health Services

Clinical Pilates is a fantastic rehabilitation practice

At Superbia we provide individual, targeted, safe and effective pilates programs that are tailored to specific needs. We run one-to-one and group sessions both in person and online.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates focuses on posture, core stability, balance, strength and control. It provides a more individualised approach and considers a person's disabilities, injuries and specific physical needs.

Our Pilates programs are run by Tessa Autridge. Tessa has over 10 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist and knows how beneficial Clinical Pilates can be for rehabilitation purposes. Tessa has trained with Suna Pilates in New Zealand and more recently with APPI Australia which is recognized as a world-renowned method.
